Stress Management TherapyIncreased pressures in life sometimes lead you to unhealthy ways of managing stress. Learn how to effectively cope with stress and gain control in your life. Identify patterns of ineffective reactive behaviors and set goals towards bringing insight, balance and emotional health into your life.

The best way to manage your stress is to learn healthy coping strategies. In this workshop, participants will start practicing stress management techniques in an interactive and experiential manner.

Practicing these techniques until they become habits, participants will then turn to when they feel stress. Practicing good stress management helps to reduce the harmful physical and mental effects that stress and anxiety can have on the body.

We will explore some of the ways in which you can quiet your mind, melt away stress and approach relaxation of the body, mind and spirit. As they experience these techniques, you will realize that these won't change the situation causing the stress, but you will, more importantly, be able to change your reaction as well as your relationship to the stressful situations.
