Our acupuncturist, Jessica Ellerman

Jessica is truly passionate about helping her patients to achieve optimal health and vitality. She offers holistic, comprehensive treatment tailored to each patient's needs, while providing the inspiration and tools for healthy living.

Jessica is a state and nationally board certified acupuncture physician and Chinese herbalist. She completed a 4 year program of study to obtain a Master of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. She also has a BA in French from McDaniel College in Maryland.

Jessica has ten years of experience in her field and clinically has had the opportunity to work with a very diverse population of patients. One of her focuses is in the area of women's health, including fertility. While working in one of the most successful fertility clinics in the country, she supported women on their journey to become pregnant using acupuncture to improve the success rates of assisted reproductive technology (ART), such as IVF and IUI procedures.

In addition to private practice, she has also worked at Rady's Children Hospital and Hospice in San Diego to help patients manage chronic pain and offer palliative care to cancer patients. Her other specialties include digestive illness, anxiety, depression, thyroid and adrenal imbalance, pre- and post-menopausal issues, and acute and chronic pain management.
