Who are our Clients?

"Our promise is to provide tools and know-how that enable organizations to acquire, develop, and retain talent. We partner with our clients to design the best solutions in the simplest and most human way."

Talent Management

The Friedman Group designed a 2.5 day cross-functional team intervention for a company that was being acquired. With training programs, extensive dialogue, and commitment to the company's original values, The Friedman Group was able to ensure that none of the 1,600 employees who participated in the program voluntarily left, allowing the incoming company to retain key performers after the acquisition. By preventing a talent drain, The Friedman Group enabled the incoming company to ensure a strong position once the merger was achieved.

Coaching

The Friedman Group's coaching clients report increased levels of job satisfaction and commitment to their organizations, as well as better relationships among peers, direct reports, supervisors, and customers. Although difficult to quantify in exact ROI figures, in a recent customer survey, managers reported an average return of $100,000 (about six times the cost of their coaching investment).

Leadership Development

An international utility company facing significant challenges as a result of deregulation, enlisted The Friedman Group's help to design a process for defining new jobs, assessing employees' skill levels, and creating development plans. Leadership became a shared phenomenon and skills were more visible, more manageable, and aligned with the vision and mission of the company. The result was a quick ramp-up - within 90 days of our initial consultation - to a fully integrated process of performance management and development.

E-Learning

The Friedman Group recently worked with a global team of engineers, managers, and experts in nine different countries to develop a new collaboration program. The introduction of our virtual teaming technology and process, enabled us to complete the project in half the time with no travel. The client estimates that we saved more than $250,000 in travel costs on the initial meetings alone.

Organizational Development

The Friedman Group's teambuilding program helps managers dramatically enhance the climate of their companies throughout all departments. The improved collaboration and renewed commitment of employees directly results in decreased turnover (in some cases, moving from 150% to less than 20%). With front-end position turnover costing an average of nearly $5,000 per new employee, The Friedman Group's program has saved some clients more than $100,000 in the short-term and potentially as much as $500,000 in the long-term.
