Michael Friedman, CEOAs a partner with MSD, Michael advises Boards of Directors and executives on issues of Work Levels based organizational design, strategy, and senior team performance. He has over 25 years of experience designing, managing & implementing global initiatives in Succession Planning, Leadership Assessment & Development, and Organizational Change.

Michael's clients include entrepreneurial firms and Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries including energy, high tech, manufacturing, consumer products, and financial services (Chase Manhattan Bank, Citizens Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Prudential Home Mortgage, and GEICO Insurance).

Michael began his professional career in a privately held financial advisory firm. He became a partner in the start up, taking leadership roles in marketing and sales. He also helped develop the marketing strategy, communications and SEC compliance review for buy-out of the company. This innovative business model positioned the firm to be sold to a public conglomerate within five years.
