BODYFORGING
This exciting and energizing class is "the unique, dynamic total body workout and fitness trend for the future." Bodyforging is designed to maximize fat loss and increase flexibility. It is a very safe and effective ultimate workout! All levels.
BOOTCAMP
Get ready to sweat! Boot Camp is a fun, challenging fitness program. You will turn up the heat and energy to create a calorie-blasting workout! All levels.
CARDIO/SCULPT
Come sweat and burn calories in this cardio, weight training class. We will combine weight training with fast-paced cardio for a total blast of body fat. All levels.
FIT N' FIRM
Have fun and get your body Fit N' Firm, with this energetic 20-20-20 class consisting of abs, total body sculpting with weights, kettle bells, tubes, and more. All levels.
MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOTION
A core class that focuses on total body conditioning. You will be guided through functional exercises using balls and bands for resistance. Silver Sneakers.
PILATES (MAT)
Join Linda for a late night relaxing stretch class. This core-based class will help increase flexibility, muscle strength and endurance while aligning your spine and improving coordination and balance. All levels.
POWER JAM
Jam with Pam and dance like a pro with this challenging, unique aerobic dance class, which features original choreographed routines to all kinds of music: Broadway, Hip Hop, Country, Rock & Roll, Jazz, Jive and Latin. "It's Showtime!!! 5-6-7-8" All levels.
SHAPE UP
Start off with a cardio warm up that will lead you to a low impact weight workout. You will sculpt your body from head to toe! All levels.
SPINNING®
This high-energy group cycling class will motivate you to ride like the wind on your Jonny G Spinning® bike for the most invigorating workout there is. Water & towels are required. All levels.
YOGA
Enjoy yoga at its best! You will be guided through the practice of yoga postures combined with proper breath work, mantras and meditation to align your psyche and strengthen your body. This class will help keep you balanced and looking and feeling youthful and light, with renewed energy and vitality. A Yoga mat is required. All levels.
ZUMBA®
It's a fusion of Latin, international and popular music/dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow steps. All levels.
